Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your AnimeSeki order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you understand what is and isn't covered.


What We Accept

We accept return and refund requests in the following situations only:

  • Wrong item received — you received an item that is different from what you ordered
  • Missing item — your order arrived and an item was not included

If your request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


What We Do Not Accept

  • Returns for change of mind or unwanted items
  • Returns on sale or discounted items — all sale items are final sale
  • Returns on items that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
  • Minor manufacturer defects such as small paint marks, scuffs, or blemishes on the base — these are common in mass-produced collectibles and prize figures and are not considered defects eligible for return
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date

For significant defects on scale figures, please contact us with photos and we will review on a case-by-case basis.


How to Submit a Request

If you received the wrong item or are missing an item, please contact us at support@animeseki.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the items received inside the shipping box, the box dimensions, and your order receipt

Please keep all items and packaging exactly as they arrived until your issue is resolved. Items that have been opened or unboxed will not be accepted for return or refund.


Apparel

Please double-check sizing carefully before placing an apparel order — we provide size charts on all apparel product pages. We are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

If your apparel arrives with a manufacturing defect or is the wrong item, please contact us at support@animeseki.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved requests will receive a full refund.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged during transit, please contact us at support@animeseki.com immediately with the following:

  • Photos of the outer packaging showing the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Your order number

We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that carrier damage claims are subject to the carrier's own policies and timelines. Do not discard any packaging until the claim is resolved.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

Cancellations on pre-orders and backorders are subject to a 15% restocking fee if approved. Please see our Pre-Order & Backorder Info page for full details.


Unclaimed & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment requires payment of a new shipping label. Packages returned to us will be held for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed packages will be considered forfeited and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

If you choose not to have your package reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.


Policy Changes

AnimeSeki reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you agree to the refund and returns policy in effect at the time of purchase.
