We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Eligibility
This website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, residing in the United States. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement. We make no representation that this website is appropriate or available for use outside the United States.
2. Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders and backorders. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If a payment method is declined, you remain responsible for any amounts due.
3. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that have not yet been released by the manufacturer. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Release and arrival dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping carriers.
- Payment is collected at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.
- All items in your order will ship together once all items are available. We do not offer split shipments.
4. Backorders
Backorder items are products that are currently out of stock or in transit to our warehouse. By placing a backorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Restock and arrival dates are estimates and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
- All items in your order will ship together once all items are available. We do not offer split shipments.
- You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
5. Shipping
We ship orders within the United States. Free shipping is available on US orders totaling $150 or more. Orders are processed and shipped once all items in the order are available and ready to dispatch. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier availability and location.
6. Cancellations
We do not guarantee order cancellations. All cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If a cancellation is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@animeseki.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests submitted after an order has begun processing or has shipped will not be accepted.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@animeseki.com. Returns are accepted at our sole discretion. To be considered for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities purchased per person or per order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected reseller activity, fraudulent orders, or violations of these Terms & Conditions. If an order is cancelled by us, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
9. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including images, colors, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly from the final item due to manufacturing variations or monitor display differences. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to AnimeSeki and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
