Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
For orders containing pre-order or backorder items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available. Please see our Pre-Order & Backorder Info page for more details.
Shipping Carriers & Rates
We ship within the United States only via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
Free shipping is available on all US orders of $150 or more.
We take extra care to pack all items securely — figures and collectibles are individually wrapped and boxed with padding to protect them during transit.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- USPS: 2–5 business days
- UPS: 1–5 business days
- FedEx: 1–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to control delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@animeseki.com.
Package Insurance
Shipments via UPS and FedEx include basic carrier coverage of up to $100 per shipment. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@animeseki.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
To support a damage or loss claim, please:
- Take photos of the outer packaging and any damaged items immediately upon receipt
- Do not discard the original packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. AnimeSeki is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment will require payment of a new shipping label. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us at support@animeseki.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
